Cycl’H2O® classes are specially designed to improve your fitness, burning up to 800kcal/h and sculpting your whole body. The class combines high intensity aqua cycling with circuit training, making the most of water resistance.
While the cycling section focuses mainly on your legs, the water aerobics section consists of press ups, dips, sit-ups and much more to work your upper body and give you a total body work out.
Our standard cancellation policy is 24h prior to the session.
However, with Late Cancellation Insurance you can cancel up to 2 hours before your session.
This insurance gives you the option of cancelling one class a month without losing your pre-existing credit.
