20 min Aqua Aerobic + 20 min Aqua Cycling session
Double Impact offers the best of both worlds, mixing 20 minutes of Aqua Aerobics followed by 20 minutes of intense Aqua Cycling class.

Double Impact is a 20-min Aqua Cycling class followed by 20-min on the bike.
