Cycl’H2O® classes are specially designed to improve your fitness, while sculpting your whole body.
The 45min class combines high intensity aqua cycling with circuit training, making the most of water resistance.


While the cycling section focuses mainly on your legs, the water aerobics section consists of press ups, dips, sit-ups and much more to work your upper body and give you a total body work out.
